To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Lantern and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim or (ii) USD $50.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
